Shakespeare's Monkeys

Synopsis:  Scientists speculate that given an infinite amount of time, an infinite number of monkeys with access to an infinite number of typewriters will eventually compose the complete works of William Shakespeare.  In this short comedy-drama we see a government inspector arrive at an Institute, in operation for over a hundred years, painstakingly putting this hypothesis to the test.  Will the Institute be allowed an infinite amount of time to monkey around with public money?
