• Mission:  To publish, produce, foster, and support bold, original, and adventurous playwrights from around the globe.

• Original Works Publishing is not an "online publisher."  We publish acting edition scripts and license production royalties.  However, we do offer selected ten minute plays via download in our "Email a Ten Minute Program."  Script samples available through our website are for promotional purposes only.

• Individuals and companies discovered producing work licensed by Original Works Publishing will be prosecuted in the state of California under its jurisdictions.  All contracts originate in the state of California and it is the responsibility of any prosecuted party to appear at any legal proceedings.

• All sales are final.

• Shipping:  All orders placed via the Original Works Publishing website are shipped using the US Postal Service.  Original Works Publishing is not responsible for any orders lost or delays in arrival.  We do however work to solve any problems in such matters to the best of our abilities.
